Based on the Railigent X data Voith develops an algorithm that creates predictions about the wear of the automatic couplers. This should extend maintenance intervals in such a way that one overhaul of the coupler can be saved during the entire service life of the vehicle. The app designed by Voith will be integrated into the Railigent X Application Suite from Siemens Mobility.
